Our World is in turmoil, and often we avoid the papers or news because it’s too depressing. But what about us? Do we carry anger, resentment, sadness and fear throughout our day? Often we do. Who do we affect? Every Being around us. It is important to release these patterns, so we can become a source of peace we want to see in our World.
Much of our healing is done alone. We face our mistakes, we learn to forgive, we make our decisions. But, are we influenced? Of course! And this is good, we are here to help each other. We learn from others, others see us differently than we see ourselves. And connecting with others can bring strength in tough times.
Always question what is given, and decide for yourself whether this piece of knowledge resonates with your heart. You have an intuitive sense of knowing, use this knowing to feel out your own Sacred Truth. Hold to your integrity, this holds your Soul intact.

My name is Monique Wilson, and I could be called a Holistic Mystic. This site is an extension of my den, a place of safety, security, calm, love, joy, laughter, and peace. Kokums’ Den. Kokum is Cree for Grandmother. I work within the Grandmothers’ Den. Here, you can go deep within and discover secrets and shadows you knew were there, but had not brought out to light. Enlightening...yes, this is one of the best parts of the Journey within, the gradual enlightening of our Spirits. This site is an introduction to the services that I provide, and an insight into my beliefs about healing, and how important this is to our Earth.
